TAISITE WHL-65B (with program mode) Electric thermostatic drying oven is a High Accuracy, safe and reliable laboratory equipment. Principle
The drying generates heat through the built-in nickel-chromium alloy heating wire (OCr27A17Mo2), and uses natural convection to circulate the air in the box. The temperature sensor (pt100) monitors the temperature in the box in real time and feeds back the signal to the digital tube dual-column PID temperature controller. The controller performs proportional, integral and differential operations according to the deviation of the set value and the measured value, and precisely adjusts the Heating power to realize thermostatic control. The standard program mode allows users to preset complex heating, thermostatic and cooling steps for automated operation.

Steps
1. Connect the AC220V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and time (Timer Range 0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode: run at a fixed value or call the preset program mode for program temperature control.
4. Start the device, the device starts heating and displays the real-time temperature.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop, or it will automatically stop according to the timing settings.
Notice
* Rated power of the device is 1.5Kw, please ensure that the Power supply voltage is AC220V and match the corresponding current capacity.
* The maximum load of a single shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
The operating temperature must not exceed 300 degrees Celsius.
