TAISITE GX30B (with program mode) Hot Air Sterilizer is a vertical double air duct forced convection sterilizing equipment. It uses turbine centrifugal forced air supply technology to ensure uniform temperature in the furnace, and is equipped with a speed regulating fan to adapt to the processing needs of lightweight, fine, powdery samples. The equipment supports fixed-value operation, regular operation and automatic stop, and comes standard with program mode, which can realize the conversion of single-stage and programmed temperature control to meet diverse experimental needs.

Principle
The Hot Air Sterilizer generates heat through stainless steel heating pipes and utilizes a vertical double air duct structure and a turbo centrifugal fan forced convection to allow hot air to circulate in the liner domestic, ensuring uniform temperature distribution. Its PID Temperature Control system precisely adjusts the Heating power to maintain the set temperature. The speed-regulating fan can adjust the wind speed according to the characteristics of the sample, while the forced cooling structure ensures the stable operation of the fan at low temperatures.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V power supply.
2. Set the desired temperature and time (0-9999 minutes) by tapping the four buttons.
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation or regular operation.
4. Start the device, the device will operate according to the set parameters, and automatically stop when the conditions are met.
5. If you need program temperature control, you can use the standard program mode for multi-stage program setting and operation.

• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50/60Hz.
• Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• Do not block the top φ 28mm exhaust port when working.
• The device has an over-lift alarm function, please pay attention to the alarm prompt.
