TAISITE GX30BE (with program mode) Hot Air Sterilizer is a device using vertical double air duct air jacket and turbine centrifugal forced air supply technology, designed to provide fast, safe and reliable sterilizing effect. The device has LCD multi-data full-screen operation display, supports fixed-value operation, timing operation, automatic stop and program temperature control and other operation modes, and is equipped with over-rise preventer, power failure memory and compensation and other safety and auxiliary features, suitable for sterilizing applications with high requirements for Temperature uniformity.

Principle
The hot air sterilization box generates heat through stainless steel heating pipes, and uses a vertical double air duct air sleeve structure, which is forced convection by a turbo centrifugal fan to make the hot air in the studio (liner is stainless steel) domestic circulation, so as to achieve uniform and fast heating and disinfection. The equipment adopts LCD dual-column PID temperature Control mode, which accurately monitors the temperature through the pt100 Sensor, and can perform multi-stage temperature control through the program mode to ensure accurate and stable temperature.

Steps
1. Connect the AC 220V power supply.
2. Set the target temperature and time by tapping the four buttons (Timer Range 0~ 9999 minutes, with timing waiting function).
3. Select the operation mode: fixed-value operation, regular operation, or program temperature control mode (50 programs can be stored, with a maximum of 50 steps per program).
4. Start the equipment, the fan forced convection, began heating sterilized.
5. After the operation, the device will automatically stop.
6. Real-time temperature, set temperature and running status can be viewed through the LCD screen.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC 220V 50/60Hz.
• When the equipment is working, do not touch the heating part. Although the thermal insulation safety door is designed to make the surrounding area not hot, it is still necessary to pay attention to safety.
• Load per shelf is 15kg, please do not overload.
• Please confirm that safety devices such as overlift preventer are functioning normally before use.
• The device has a menu lock function to prevent misoperation, please manage it properly.
• The top of the equipment is equipped with a φ 28mm exhaust port, please ensure that the Operating Environment is well ventilated.
