Overview
The TAISITE DZ-1BCIV Vacuum oven is a laboratory device with programmed mode designed for drying heat sensitive, easy analysis and oxidation substances and can be filled with inert gases. Its liner is made of stainless steel and has an inner volume of 24L.

Principle
The equipment adopts the working mode of decompression and four-wall heating. The pressure in the working room is reduced to the set Vacuum Level (< 133Pa) by the vacuum pump, and the four walls of the box are heated by the stainless steel heating pipe, so that the heat is evenly transferred to the material in the vacuum environment, so as to realize the low temperature, fast and uniform drying of the material, especially suitable for heat-sensitive or easy oxidation substances.

Steps
1. Place the materials and close the box door.
2. Set the temperature, time or select the preset program by tapping the four buttons.
3. Start the vacuum pump and reduce the pressure in the box to the required Vacuum Level.
4. Start the heating, and the equipment starts to run according to the set program or set value.
5. After the operation, the equipment can be automatically stopped, and the material can be taken out after the normal pressure is restored in the box.
Notice
Please ensure that the power supply of the device is AC220V/50-60Hz, and check whether the grounding is reliable.
* Total weight of drying material should not exceed Load per shelf (15kg).
Before opening the box door, make sure that the box has been restored to normal pressure to prevent danger.
* Do not dry flammable, explosive or corrosive gases.
When the equipment is running, do not touch the observation window and the surface of the box to avoid burns.
* Regularly check the sealing performance of the sealing strip and vacuum system.
* When performing deviation correction or menu locking, please refer to the instructions.
* In case of a power outage, the device has power outage compensation and memory functions. Please confirm the running status after power is restored.
