Overview
The TAISITE DZ-2AIV Vacuum oven is a device designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analyze, easy-to-oxidize substances, and can be filled with inert gases. This model uses a carbon steel liner with a volume of 52L and comes standard with program mode, which supports the conversion of single-stage temperature control and program temperature control.

Principle
The device works by decompression and four-wall heating. The four walls of the box are heated by stainless steel heating pipes and dried in a vacuum environment (using Vacuum Level range < 133PA) to reduce the risk of oxidation and analysis of heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis and easy-to-oxidation substances during the drying process.

Steps
1. Set the temperature: Set the temperature by tapping the four buttons.
2. Select the running mode: You can choose the fixed-value running, timing running or program running mode.
3. Program settings (if applicable): In program mode, set and save experimental programs (up to 50, up to 50 steps per program).
4. Start operation: The equipment starts to work to achieve heating and vacuum drying.
5. Monitoring process: Monitor the temperature and status through the digital display on the observation window and control panel.
6. End of operation: The device stops automatically or manually according to the settings.
Notice
* Please ensure that the device is used at the rated Power supply voltage (AC220V/6.3A 50/60Hz).
* Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
* Temperature range is RT + 10~ 250 ℃, do not exceed this range.
The equipment is equipped with an over-lift alarm safety device, but it is still necessary to monitor the operating status.
* Note Vacuum Level Use Range (< 133PA).
* Regularly check the integrity of sealing strips, door locks and other components to ensure the sealing effect.
* Shelf, vacuum pump and recorder can be added to meet different experimental needs.
