Overview
TAISITE DZ-2BCIV (with programmed mode) Vacuum oven is designed for drying heat sensitive, easy analysis, easy oxidation substances, and can be filled with inert gas. It uses stainless steel liner, with programmed temperature control, High Accuracy temperature control and stable vacuum sealing performance.

Principle
The device uses a vacuum pump to reduce the pressure in the box, creating a low-oxygen environment, and combines 4-sided heating stainless steel heating pipes to heat the box, thus achieving heat-sensitive, easy analysis and easy oxidation of substances under reduced pressure and low temperature conditions. Its PID Control system precisely adjusts the Heating power to maintain the set temperature Linear dispersion.

Steps
1. Place the sample on the shelf and close the box door.
2. Set the temperature, time or select the preset program by tapping the buttons on the control panel.
3. Start the equipment, start vacuuming and heating.
4. The equipment can be set to run at a fixed value, regularly or programmatically.
5. After the operation, the equipment can be automatically stopped, and the sample will be taken out after the normal pressure is restored in the box.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is AC220V.
• Load per shelf is 15kg, do not overload.
• Please check whether the sealing strip is in good condition before use to ensure Vacuum Level.
• Do not open the door frequently during operation.
• The equipment has an over-lift alarm function, please check the setting parameters when alarming.
