Overview
TAISITE DZ-3BCIV (with programmed mode) Vacuum oven is designed for drying heat-sensitive, easy-to-analysis, easy-to-oxidation substances, and can be filled with inert gases. It uses a stainless steel liner with a volume of 91L and has a programmed temperature control function for precise temperature control.

Principle
The Vacuum oven extracts the air in the working room through a vacuum pump to reduce the air pressure, thereby reducing the boiling point of the substance and making it dry quickly at a lower temperature. At the same time, the stainless steel heating pipes on the four walls of the box provide heat sources, and the PID temperature control system precisely controls the temperature, which is suitable for drying of heat-sensitive or easy-to-oxidation substances.

Steps
1. Put the items to be dried on the shelf in the box.
2. Close the door and ensure sealing.
3. Set the required temperature, Vacuum Level and program (e.g. using program mode) through the control panel.
4. Start the equipment and start vacuuming and heating.
5. After drying is completed, the equipment can automatically stop running, and the items will be taken out after the box is restored to normal pressure.
