TAISITE TDZ-L2215L (with program mode) vertical electric heating Vacuum oven is a research and application equipment for electronics, aerospace, military weapons, automobiles and ships, Petrochemicals, agriculture and forestry environmental protection, commodity inspection biochemistry, environment protection, etc. It is especially suitable for rapid drying of substances such as heat sensitivity, easy analysis, easy oxidation and complex compositions in scientific research, universities and enterprises, and can also be used for accelerated drying of powders and Miscellaneous substances.

Principle
The device provides heat through an intracavity Shelf heater, combined with a vacuum pump to extract the air in the working room to create a vacuum environment as low as < 133PA. Under vacuum conditions, the boiling point of water is reduced, thereby accelerating the evaporation and discharge of moisture inside the material, achieving rapid, low temperature drying, especially suitable for heat-sensitive substances.

Steps
1. Put the material to be dried on the studio shelf.
2. Close the door and make sure the sealing ring is well sealed.
3. Turn on the power supply and set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD display.
4. Start the equipment, the heating system starts to work, and the vacuum pump can be started for vacuuming.
5. Monitor the drying process through the observation window.
6. After the drying is completed, the equipment can automatically stop, or manually turn off the heating and vacuum system.
7. After the temperature in the box approaches room temperature, the vacuum can be slowly released, and the box door can be opened to remove the material.
Notice
Equipment should be placed in a smooth, well-ventilated environment.
• Before use, check whether the Power supply voltage meets the requirements (AC380V/50Hz).
• Do not place flammable, explosive and corrosion items in the box.
• Do not touch the heating parts during operation to prevent burns.
Before releasing the vacuum, make sure that the temperature in the box has been lowered to a safe range.
• Regularly check the performance of the sealing ring and vacuum pump to ensure the sealing of the equipment.
Equipment is equipped with safety devices such as over-temperature alarms, but operators still need to be present to monitor.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth and avoid using corrosion cleaners.
