Overview
TAISITE TEX-43WG-25L (with program mode) is an explosion-proof blast drying oven, using explosion-proof, pouring and other composite explosion-proof technology, the overall explosion-proof treatment of electrical appliances to prevent high temperature, static electricity and spark leakage. The equipment liner is made of stainless steel, the box is Cold rolled steel plate, equipped with color LCD controller, accurate temperature control, and has a variety of Safety protection functions.

Principle
The equipment generates heat through explosion-proof stainless steel heating pipes, and the air in the box is circulated by the explosion-proof fan to ensure uniform temperature. The color LCD controller precisely controls the temperature and can operate automatically according to the set program (set value or timing). The overall explosion-proof design ensures that in an explosive environment, the heat, static electricity or sparks generated by electrical components are effectively isolated and encapsulated to prevent ignition of the external environment.

It is suitable for laboratories, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, materials and other fields that require high temperature drying, stoving and aging testing in explosive gas environments.

Steps
1. Connect the explosion-proof power cord.
2. Turn on the power switch.
3. Set the required temperature, time, and other parameters through the color LCD controller.
4. Select the operation mode (fixed-value operation or regular operation).
5. Start the device and start working.
6. After the work is completed, the device automatically stops or shuts down manually.
Notice
• Equipment must be used in an explosive environment that meets its Explosion-proof level (EX d e mb IIB T4 Gb).
• Before installation and use, please ensure that all explosion-proof connections (such as explosion-proof flexible pipes, latches) are intact and properly connected.
• Do not open the box door at will during the operation of the equipment, so as not to affect Temperature uniformity and safety.
• Regularly check whether safety devices (e.g. over-temperature protectors, leakage protection) are effective.
• The maximum load of the equipment studio is 15kg, please do not overload.
• Before maintenance and cleaning, be sure to cut off the power supply.
• In case of a fault alarm (such as an over-lift alarm), please identify the cause and eliminate it before using it.
