TAISITE TEX-136WG-25L (with program mode) is an explosion-proof blast drying oven with a volume of 136L. The product adopts explosion-proof, pouring and other composite explosion-proof technologies to treat the equipment and electrical appliances as a whole. Centralized protection through explosion-proof control box can effectively prevent the leakage of unsafe factors such as high temperature, static electricity and sparks. It is suitable for experimental environments with explosive risks.

Principle
The explosion-proof blast drying oven generates heat through an explosion-proof stainless steel heating tube, and the air circulation in the box is driven by an explosion-proof fan, so that the temperature of the studio is uniform. The color LCD controller precisely controls the temperature and realizes the set temperature program. The core of it is to ensure that during heating, temperature control and electrical operation, it can effectively isolate and prevent possible sparks, high temperatures or static electricity from igniting the surrounding explosive environment.

Steps
1. Connect the explosion-proof power cord and make sure to use the explosion-proof connection latch.
2. Turn on the power switch of the device (explosion-proof switch).
3. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD controller (flameproof button), and you can choose to run at a fixed value or in program mode.
4. After the setting is completed, start the device and start running.
5. The internal state can be observed through the tempered Glass door during operation.
6. After reaching the set time or condition, the equipment automatically stops running.
7. Turn off the power of the device.
Notice
* Equipment must be used in an explosive environment that meets its Explosion-proof level (EX d e mb IIB T4 Gb).
Installation and wiring must be carried out by professionals to ensure that all explosion-proof components (such as explosion-proof flexible connecting pipes) are properly installed.
* Power supply voltage (AC220V/50-60Hz) match before use.
* Load per shelf (15kg).
* When the equipment is running, do not open the box door at will, so as not to affect Temperature uniformity and safety.
Safety protection function (such as over-rise alarm, over-temperature protection), alarm should be dealt with in time.
