Principle
The explosion-proof blast drying oven generates heat through an explosion-proof stainless steel heating tube, and the air circulation in the box is driven by an explosion-proof fan, so that the temperature of the studio is uniform. The color LCD controller precisely controls the temperature and realizes the operation of the setting program. The equipment adopts explosion-proof technologies such as explosion-proof shell and pouring seal, which seals and isolates electrical components that may generate sparks and high temperatures to prevent igniting the external explosive environment.

Steps
1. Connect the explosion-proof power cord and make sure to use the explosion-proof connection latch.
2. Open the explosion-proof control box door and set the color LCD controller parameters, including temperature, time, and operating mode (fixed value or timing).
3. The deviation correction and menu lock can be set through the auxiliary menu.
4. Place the sample (Load per shelf 15kg) and close the box door.
5. Start the equipment, explosion-proof heating pipe and fan to start working.
6. The experimental state can be observed through the tempered Glass door during operation.
7. After reaching the set time or temperature, the device automatically stops running.
8. Program mode supports multi-stage temperature control, and runs automatically according to the preset program.
Notice
Equipment must be used in the specified environment Explosion-proof level (EX d e mb IIB T4 Gb) and Ambient Temperature (+ 5~ + 35 ℃).
• Before installation and use, please ensure that all explosion-proof connections (such as explosion-proof flexible pipes, latches) are intact and properly connected.
• It is strictly forbidden to open the explosion-proof control box for maintenance or adjustment during the operation of the equipment.
• When placing samples, do not exceed Load per shelf (15kg) and ensure that the air duct is not blocked.
• The equipment has safety functions such as over-rise alarm and over-temperature protection. Please check and troubleshoot in time when alarming.
• When maintaining or cleaning, the power must be disconnected first and operated by a professional.
• Power supply voltage must meet AC220V/50-60Hz specifications, current 18.2A.
• Regularly check the integrity of explosion-proof components (such as heating pipes, fans, Sensors) to ensure explosion-proof performance.
The exhaust port of the equipment (φ 30mm, top) should be kept unobstructed.
