Principle
The equipment adopts the convection mode of forced hot air circulation, and precisely controls the stainless steel heating pipe heating through the intelligent microcomputer integrated temperature control system (PID logic operation), so that the temperature in the working room can reach the set value evenly and stably, so as to realize the purpose of drying, baking, sintering, curing, heat treatment, heat preservation and high temperature test.

Steps
1. Turn on the power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD screen.
3. Equipment starts working, heating and temperature control.
4. After reaching the set time or completing the program, the equipment stops working or enters the holding state.
5. Turn off the power and take out the sample after the equipment is chilled down.
Notice
• Before use, please confirm that the Power supply voltage meets the equipment requirements (220V).
Do not operate beyond the long-term operating temperature of the equipment (480 ° C).
• Load per shelf is 10kg, do not overload.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the box door frequently, so as not to affect the Temperature uniformity and test results.
• The equipment has over-temperature alarm function, please check and deal with it in time when alarming.
When moving the device, use casters and make sure the lock switch is locked.
• When cleaning the liner, pay attention to its rounded corner design and avoid scratching with sharp objects.
• Optional accessories (such as program controller, independent temperature limit controller, etc.) should be selected according to actual needs.
