Principle
The equipment adopts convection mode of forced hot air circulation, and precisely controls the heating of stainless steel heating pipe through intelligent microcomputer integrated temperature control system (PID logic operation), so as to achieve uniform and stable temperature in the working room, so as to complete drying, baking, heat treatment and other processes.

Steps
1. Connect the 380V power supply.
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD screen (support fixed-value operation, regular operation and program mode).
3. Start the device, and the device will run according to the set program, with self-diagnostic function.
4. After the operation, the equipment can automatically stop or enter the heat preservation state.
Notice
• Please make sure to use a 380V power supply and pay attention to power safety.
• The long-term use temperature of the equipment should not exceed 580 ° C.
• Load per shelf is 10kg, do not overload.
• Note that the exhaust port of the equipment is located at the top.
• Please confirm that the door lock is closed before use to ensure sealing.
• When moving the device, please use casters and enable the lock switch to fix it.
