Principle
The equipment adopts forced hot air circulation convection mode, and precisely controls the heating of stainless steel heating pipe through intelligent microcomputer integrated temperature control system (PID logic operation) to achieve uniform and stable temperature in the working room, so as to complete the process of drying, baking and heat treatment.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD screen.
3. Start the device, and the device will run according to the set program or set value.
4. After the operation, the equipment can automatically stop or enter the heat preservation state.
5. After the temperature in the box drops to a safe range, open the door and take out the sample.
Notice
• The long-term use temperature of the equipment is 480 ° C, please do not use it over temperature.
• Power supply voltage is 380V and meets the current requirements of the equipment.
• Load per shelf is 10kg, do not overload.
• When the equipment is running, do not open the door frequently to avoid affecting Temperature uniformity and safety.
• The equipment has over-temperature alarm function, in case of alarm, please check and deal with it in time.
When moving equipment, use casters and pay attention to locking.
• When cleaning the liner, wipe it with a soft cloth.
