Principle
The equipment adopts forced hot air circulation convection mode, and accurately controls the heating of stainless steel heating pipe through intelligent microcomputer integrated temperature control system (PID logic operation) to achieve uniform and stable temperature in the working room, so as to complete the process of drying, baking, sintering, curing, heat treatment, heat preservation and high temperature test.

Steps
1. Connect the power supply (380V).
2. Set the required temperature, time and other parameters through the color LCD screen.
3. Start the device, and the device will operate according to the set program (e.g. fixed-value operation or regular operation).
4. After the work is completed, the equipment will stop heating, and the box door can be opened to remove the sample.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 380V before use.
• Load per shelf is 10kg, do not overload.
• The equipment has over-temperature alarm function, please check in time when alarming.
• When moving the device, use casters and pay attention to locking.
• Long-term use temperature should not exceed 580 ° C.
• Please note that the exhaust port at the top of the device (φ 40mm) remains unobstructed.
