Overview
The TR 2001 series high speed dissolver is a versatile device mainly used in the dispersion, Stir and Sanding process of liquid or powder materials. It features a double-decked wall water circulation barrel design to effectively control material temperature and avoid overheating or caking problems, and is equipped with a wide speed range and manual lifting function.

Principle
The Disperser drives the spindle to swirl/spin at high speed through the motor, and drives the dispersion disc or grinding disc to Stir, grind and disperse the material. The double-decked wall water circulation barrel design can control the material temperature, and the frequency converter speed can precisely adjust the speed according to the process requirements.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion plate or grinding plate according to the material and install it
2. Put the material into the double-decked wall water circulation drum
3. Use the manual lift function to adjust the barrel position
4. Set the appropriate speed through the frequency converter
5. Start the device for Disperse, Stir or ground operation
6. Turn off the equipment and clean it after the operation is completed
