Overview
The TR 2001 series high speed dissolver is a multifunctional device mainly used for the dispersion, Stir and sand grinding process of liquid or powder materials. It has a double-decked wall water circulation barrel design, which can effectively control the material temperature and avoid overheating or caking problems. It is equipped with a wide speed range, which can be precisely adjusted according to different material and process requirements. At the same time, it has a manual lifting function, which is convenient for users to adjust the position of the barrel.
Features
1. Wide speed range, maximum spindle speed up to 9000 rpm
2. Easy to display and operate, using frequency converter for speed regulation
3. Using high-mass motor, the use process can ensure a certain Temperature range
4. Low noise, low vibration, long service life
5. The barrel adopts double-decked wall water circulation and quick joint design
6. Users can freely replace the dispersed disc or grinding disc
Principle
The Disperser uses a motor to drive the spindle to swirl/spin at high speed, driving the dispersion plate or grinding plate to disperse, Stir and sand the liquid or powder material. The double-decked wall water circulation drum is designed to control material temperature, avoid overheating or caking, and ensure process Stability.
Applications
Coatings, dyestuffs, inks, pigments, paper, cosmetics, food, Resin, Adhesives, emulsions, petroleum, pesticides, daily chemicals
Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion plate or grinding plate according to the material and install it
2. Put the material into the bucket
3. Use the manual lift function to adjust the barrel position
4. Set the desired speed through the frequency converter
5. Start the equipment for Disperse, Stir or Grind operation
6. Turn off the equipment and clean it after completion
Notice
• Power supply voltage of 220V, 50Hz before operation
• Pay attention to control the material temperature during use to avoid overheating
• Regularly check the abrasion of dispersion or grinding discs
• Keep equipment clean to avoid material residue
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with swirling/spinning parts
