Overview
TR 1201/015 single-channe Fineness Gauge is a single-channe Grindometer of the TRUIT brand that meets GB and ISO standards. It has a range of 0~ 15 μm and a 0.75 μm Graduation. The groove size is 140 × 12.5mm. It is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel with a Hardness of 52 +/- 2HRC to ensure a good service life and is suitable for measurement of a variety of materials.
Features
1. Made of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, Hardness is 52 +/- 2HRC to ensure service life.
2. With a single-channe design, the groove size is 140 x 12.5mm.
3. The range is 0~ 15μm, Graduation is 0.75μm, high accuracy.
4. Comply with GB/T 1724, GB/T 6753.1, GB/T 13217.3, ISO 1524 and other standards.
Principle
The Fineness Gauge scraping sample in the trench by a scraper, using the depth change of the trench measurement pigment and impurity particle size and dispersion degree, thereby evaluating the mass of the product.
Applications
Coatings, lacquer pulp, plastics, inks, paper, Pottery and porcelain, food, cosmetics and other liquids and pulps
Standards
GB/T 1724、GB/T 6753.1、GB/T 13217.3、ISO 1524
Steps
1. Prepare Sample and Fineness Gauge.
2. Place the sample at the beginning of the groove.
3. Use a scraper to scrape the sample evenly along the groove.
4. Observe the particle distribution and read the Fineness value.
5. Clean Fineness Gauge for next use.
Notice
• Ensure Fineness Gauge and Sample Cleanliness Before Use.
• Maintain uniform force when scraping samples.
• Avoid Fineness Gauging with Hard Objects.
• Clean and store properly after use.
