It is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel with a Hardness of 52 +/- 2HRC to ensure a good service life. Suitable for measurement of a wide range of materials, with a wide range of application fields.

Principle
Scrape through the surface of the sample by a scraper, the depth of the groove and the measurement of the size and dispersion of the pigment impurity particles, thereby controlling the mass of the dispersed product in production, storage and application.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to be tested
2. Place the sample on the scraper groove
3. Use a spatula to scrape evenly across the surface of the sample
4. Observe and read particle size and dispersion
5. Record measurement results

• Make sure the scraper is clean and drying before use
• The scraper face should be kept intact and nondestructive
• Uniform force is required during measurement
• It should be cleaned and maintained in time after use
