TR 1201/050 single-channe Fineness Gauge is a single-channe Grindometer from the TRUIT brand with a range of 0 to 50 μm and 2.5 μm Graduation. It is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel with a Hardness of 52 +/- 2HRC to ensure a good service life. Suitable for measurement of a wide range of materials, with a wide range of application fields.

Principle
The Fineness Gauge scraped through the sample to be tested in the trench by a scraper, and the size and dispersion of the pigment and impurity particles were measured according to the residue of the sample in the trench.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to be tested
2. Place the sample on the Fineness Gauge
3. Use a spatula to scrape evenly through the grooves
4. Observe the residue of the sample in the trench
5. Read particle size data according to Graduation
