Overview
TR 1201/100 single-channe Fineness Gauge is a TRUIT brand single-channe Grindometer that meets GB and ISO standards, with a range of 0~ 100 μm and a 5 μm Graduation. Made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel with a Hardness of 52 +/- 2HRC, the groove size is 140 × 12.5mm, ensuring a good service life. Suitable for measurement of a variety of materials, with a wide range of application fields.
Features
1. Made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, Hardness 52 +/- 2HRC
2. With 0~ 100 μm Range and 5 μm Graduation
3. Groove size 140 × 12.5mm
4. Single-channe design, scraper with upper and lower working surfaces
5. Meet a number of national standards
Principle
The Fineness Gauge scraped on the surface of the sample by a scraper, the size and dispersion degree of the pigment and impurity particles were measured according to the groove depth change, so as to evaluate the dispersion mass of the product.
Applications
Coatings, lacquer pulp, plastics, inks, paper, Pottery and porcelain, food, cosmetics and other liquids and pulps
Standards
GB/T 1724、GB/T 6753.1、GB/T 13217.3、ISO 1524
Steps
1. Prepare the sample to be tested
2. Place the sample at the beginning of the Fineness Gauge groove
3. Use a spatula to scrape the sample along the groove at a constant speed
4. Observe and read the measurement of particle dispersion
5. Clean Fineness Gauge for Next Use
Notice
• Fineness Gauge drying before use
• Maintain a uniform speed when scraping
• Clean and maintain in time after use
• Avoid colliding with hard objects to avoid damage to the groove
• Pay attention to moisture and corrosion protection when storing
