With a range of 0 to 50 μm and a groove size of 140 × 37mm, it is suitable for measurement of a variety of materials.

Principle
The size and dispersion of the pigment and impurity particles were measured by scraping the surface of the sample with a scraper.

Steps
1. Prepare the sample to be tested
2. Place the sample on the Fineness Gauge
3. Use a spatula to scrape evenly across the surface of the sample
4. Read particle size and dispersion data
