Overview
The TR 1361 benchtop whiteness meter is an instrument used to measure the whiteness of an object's surface by measuring the reflection performance of a material to visible light. The instrument mainly measures the blue light diffuse reflection factor (R457), which is blue light whiteness or ISO whiteness. It is illuminated by an approximate A light source with an effective Light spectrum peak wavelength of 457nm.
Features
1. Measurement range, covering 0.0~ 100 whiteness value
2. High resolution up to 0.1
3. Use 10V/30W halogen tungsten lamp as the illumination light source
4. Desktop design, size 280 * 270 * 340mm, Net weight 7kg
5. Support 220V AC 50Hz power supply
Principle
The whiteness meter evaluates whiteness by measuring the degree of reflection of visible light on the surface of the object, specifically the measurement of the blue light diffuse reflection factor (R457). The instrument uses an approximate A light source for illumination, whose peak wavelength of the effective Light spectrum is 457nm, and calculates the whiteness value by detecting the intensity of the reflected light.
Applications
Paper, Spinning & weaving, Plastics, paints, Chemicals
Standards
GB/T 5950、GB/T 2913、GB/T 8940.1、GB/T 12097、GB/T 13025.2、ISO 2470
Notice
• Indication Error is +/- 2.5, pay attention to the accuracy range when using
• Repeatability error ≤ 0.3 to ensure measurement Stability
• Use 220V AC 50Hz power supply, pay attention to voltage matching
• Net weight of the instrument 7kg, be careful when handling
