Principle
Through its precisely designed Spreader structure, the single-sided Applicator evenly scrapes the material during the manual or automatic film process to form a wet-film or Dry-Film coating of the specified Film thickness. Its alloy steel material ensures wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and film thickness control is realized within the 100mm width of the Spreader, thus ensuring the conformity and Repeatability of the coating for subsequent performance testing.

Steps
1. Prepare the material and substrate to be coated
2. Place the single-sided Applicator on the substrate to ensure that the Spreader width covers the area
3. Manually or use the automatic Film Applicator to push the Applicator evenly for filming
4. After finishing the film, remove Applicator and check Coating thickness uniformity
5. Clean Applicator for Next Use
