Principle
The Single-Sided Applicator evenly scrapes the Coating or Miscellaneous liquid material on the substrate through its fixed Film thickness Spreader structure to form a wet-film of the specified Film thickness. This helps to evaluate the coating's hiding power, opacity, scrub resistance and other performance in quality control and research and development, ensuring the repeatability of experimental results.

Steps
1. Prepare the coating or material to be tested to ensure that the substrate is flat and clean.
2. Place the Single-Sided Applicator on the substrate and Spreader manually or using the Automatic Film Applicator.
3. Uniformly move the Applicator to form a wet-film of the specified Film thickness.
4. Follow-up drying or performance testing as required.
