Overview
The TRUIT TR 3001/100/200 single-sided Applicator is a device for precise control of wet-film or dry-film thickness. It is suitable for quality control and R & D testing to ensure that coatings have good conformity and Repeatability. The Applicator is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, the effective Spreader width is 100mm, and the total length is 130mm. The single-sided design provides only one film Film thickness. It supports manual film or use with automatic Film Applicators. It is widely used in Coatings, Polymer Materials, Adhesive, inks and other fields. It is used for preparing uniform film coatings and testing coating performance, and supports non-standard customization.
Features
1. Precise control of wet-film or dry-film thickness to ensure coating conformity and Repeatability.
2. Made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, it has strong durability.
3. Single-sided design, providing only one film Film thickness, easy to operate.
4. Support manual film or use with automatic Film Applicator, high flexibility.
5. Effective Spreader width 100mm, total length 130mm, suitable for a variety of materials.
6. Support non-standard customization to meet individual needs.
Principle
Single-sided Applicator uses its fixed Film thickness design to control wet film thickness and form a consistent film coating by uniformly Spreader Coating, polymer materials, Adhesive or inks on the substrate by manual or automatic Film Applicator. During the Spreader process, the Applicator moves along the substrate to ensure accurate Coating thickness and facilitate subsequent performance testing.
Applications
Coatings, Polymer Materials, Adhesives, inks
Steps
1. Select and install a single-sided Applicator to ensure that the Spreader width and Film thickness meet the requirements.
2. Prepare Spreader materials such as Coatings, Polymer Materials, Adhesives or inks.
3. Spreader by moving the Applicator evenly along the substrate manually or using an automatic Film Applicator.
4. After Spreader, check coating uniformity and Film thickness.
5. Clean Applicator for next use.
Notice
• Check whether the Applicator is in good condition before use to avoid damage affecting the Spreader effect.
• Ensure that the Spreader material is uniform to prevent uneven or defective coatings.
• Operate to keep Applicator moving parallel to substrate for consistent Film thickness.
• Clean Applicator after Spreader to prevent corrosion or clogging due to material residue.
• Non-standard customization requires detailed parameters to ensure that the equipment meets specific requirements.
