Principle
Single-sided Applicator film thickness by its fixed scraping structure, uniformly scraping Coating or Miscellaneous liquid material on the substrate to form a specified film thickness wet-film or Dry-Film coating, thereby achieving precise control of film thickness, facilitate subsequent performance testing.

Steps
1. Prepare materials and substrates for Spreader.
2. Place the Single-Sided Applicator on the substrate.
3. Scrape the material evenly manually or using the Automatic Film Applicator.
4. Remove Applicator and check Coating thickness and uniformity.
