Overview
The TR 3001/100/600 Single Sided Applicator is a TRUIT brand wet-film prepative tool for precise control of wet-film or dry-film thickness. It is suitable for routine quality control and R & D tests to ensure conformity and Repeatability of coatings in terms of hiding power, opacity, scrub resistance, sag resistance performance, etc. The Applicator is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, with an effective Spreader width of 100mm and a total length of 130mm. The single-sided design only provides one film Film thickness, which can be manually operated or used with an automatic Film Applicator. It is widely used in Coatings, Polymer Materials, Adhesive, inks and other fields to prepare uniform film coatings to detect performance, and support non-standard customization.

Principle
The single-sided Applicator uses its fixed Film thickness Spreader structure to evenly scrape the Coating or Miscellaneous liquid material on the substrate to form a wet-film of the specified Film thickness. When in use, the operator places the Applicator on the surface of the substrate, applies appropriate pressure and moves it. The alloy steel material ensures wear resistance and corrosion resistance, thus accurately controlling the Coating thickness for subsequent performance testing.

Steps
1. Prepare Substrate and Coatings or Miscellaneous Liquid Materials to be Tested.
2. Place the single-sided Applicator at the starting position of the substrate.
3. Apply uniform pressure and move the Applicator smoothly in the direction of the substrate.
4. After completing the Spreader, remove the Applicator and check the wet film thickness.
5. If necessary, sexual repeability, clean the Applicator and operate again.
Notice
• Ensure that the surface of the Applicator and substrate is clean before use to avoid impurities affecting the coating mass.
• Apply uniform pressure during operation to prevent uneven Coating thickness.
• Regularly check Applicator abrasion and maintain accuracy.
• Only suitable for specified materials to avoid damage caused by excessive use.
Store in a drying environment to prevent corrosion.
