Principle
The double-sided coating applicator uses its I-shaped structure to evenly scrape the surface of the substrate to form a wet-film of specific Film thickness by manual operation. Two coating surfaces of different Film thicknesses can be prepared for 70μm and 100μm films respectively for subsequent performance testing.

Steps
1. Select the corresponding coating surface (70μm or 100μm) according to the required film Film thickness
2. Coating evenly on the substrate
