Double Sided Applicator TR 3002/3 is an I-type Film Applicator with two different film film thicknesses for preparing uniform films to detect coating performance such as hiding power, Color, scrub resistance, etc. The instrument is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel. Principle
Double Sided Applicator manually scrapes the substrate with different film thicknesses to form a uniform wet-film coating. By controlling the scraping angle and speed of the coating applicator, an experimental film of the specified Film thickness can be obtained for subsequent performance testing and analysis.
