Principle
The Cube Applicator provides films of different film thicknesses through a double-sided design, using alloy steel to ensure the Stability and accuracy of the Spreader process. During the Spreader process, the user can choose a 75μm or 150μm film surface as needed, and the Coating Film thickness can be precisely controlled by the manual Spreader to ensure the conformity and Repeatability of the coating.

1. Select 75μm or 150μm coating surface according to desired film Film thickness
2. Place Applicator on Substrate to be Spreader
3. Apply pressure evenly and move the Applicator in a straight line for Spreader
4. Clean Applicator for next use after Spreader
