Overview
The TRUIT TR 3008/90/5 Frame Preparer is a 4-sided wet Film Applicator for preparing coating samples in laboratory and research environments. It is made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel, with an effective Spreader width of 90mm and a film Film thickness of 50/100/150/200μm. The instrument can precisely control the film thickness of wet-film or Dry-Film to ensure that the coating has good conformity and Repeatability in mass tests such as hiding power, opacity, scrub resistance, sag resistance performance, etc.
Features
1. Made of high-quality wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy steel to ensure durability and corrosion resistance
2. Spreader width 90mm, suitable for standard sample prepative
3. Provide a variety of film Film thickness options (50/100/150/200μm) to meet different experimental needs
4. 4-sided wet-film Spreader design for easy operation and coating uniformity control
5. Precise control of wet-film or dry-film thickness to improve experimental Repeatability and conformity
Principle
Frame Applicator uses a 4-sided Spreader structure to form a wet-film by uniformly Spreader Coating on the substrate, and uses a preset film Film thickness (e.g. 50/100/150/200 μm) to control the Coating thickness to ensure the conformity and Repeatability of each Spreader. After Spreader, the wet-film can be further dried to form Dry-Film for subsequent mass testing.
Applications
Laboratory coating sample preparation, Coating mass testing, R & D testing
Steps
1. Prepare Substrate and Coatings for Spreader
Select the desired film Film thickness (50/100/150/200μm)
3. Place the frame-shaped fabricator on the substrate to ensure stability
4. Uniform Spreader Coating to form wet-film
5. As needed, drying wet-film to form dry-film
6. Clean Applicator for Next Use
Notice
• Check Applicator Cleanliness Before Use to Avoid Contaminating Samples
• Spreaders maintain uniform strength to ensure consistent Coating thickness
• Avoid long-term storage in humid or corrosive environments to extend service life
• Clean in time after operation to prevent Coating residue from affecting the next use
