Overview
The TRUIT TR 3101/050 adjustable film applicator is an experimental tool for Spreader liquids or Stock on different surfaces, with the characteristics of adjustable film film thickness. It consists of a drawdown blade made of high-quality alloy steel and an anode-treated aluminum alloy bracket. The drawdown blade adopts a magnetic suction design, which is convenient for quick replacement and cleaning. The bracket can freely adjust the film film thickness in the range of 0~ 4500 μm through the differentiator. Principle
Micrometer Film Applicator through the two differentiators above the bracket, the vertical direction to adjust the drawdown blade below to control the gap, so as to precisely control the film thickness of the final coating.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate drawdown blade according to the required film width.
2. Set the target film Film thickness by adjusting the two differentiators above the bracket.
3. Spreader the liquid or Stock at one end of the substrate.
4. Use the film applicator to scrape at a steady speed to form a uniform wet-film.
5. After use, use the magnetic attraction design to remove the drawdown blade for cleaning.

• Before use, please confirm that the differential reading is accurate and the drawdown blade is firmly installed.
• A uniform speed should be maintained during the scraping process to ensure uniform film Film thickness.
