Micrometer Film Applicator TR 3101/300 is an experimental tool for Spreader liquids or slurries on different surfaces, with the characteristics of adjustable film film thickness. It consists of a high-quality alloy steel scraper and an anode-treated aluminum alloy bracket. The scraper adopts a magnetic suction design for easy cleaning. Principle
The Micrometer Film Applicator can adjust the lower scraper in the upper and lower directions to control the gap, that is, the final Coating thickness, by adjusting the two differentiators above the Applicator. The bracket has the function of adjusting the film film thickness, and the spacing can be freely adjusted from 0 to 4500 μm to meet the diverse needs of Moulding of different materials.
