Overview
Wear resistance instrument TR 5301/A is a 7-inch touch screen design Wear resistance tester with dual-station structure, which can test two samples at the same time. Its round trip is adjustable from 0-50mm, the test load is adjustable from 80-990g, and the speed is adjustable from 0-70 times/min. It is suitable for evaluating the wear resistance performance and durability of materials in simulated real-world use environments.
Features
1.7-Inch touch screen design, easy and intuitive operation
2. Double-station structure, allowing two samples to be tested simultaneously
3. The round-trip stroke is adjustable from 0 to 50mm to adapt to different material requirements
4. Test load 80-990g adjustable, simulating different load conditions
5. Speed 0-70 times/min adjustable, flexible control of the test process
6. Equipped with friction hammer and a variety of weights to meet diverse testing needs
Principle
Wear resistance tester simulates abrasion in the real environment by reciprocating the sample with the appropriate load and friction medium. During the test, the friction hammer reciprocates on the surface of the sample under a set load to evaluate the material's wear resistance performance and durability.
Applications
Glass covers, films, plastics, auto parts, rubber, leather and Spinning & weaving, Eletroplating, freely removable components, lacquers, printing patterns
Steps
1. Turn on the AC220V power supply and turn on the power switch of the device
2. Set test parameters on the touchscreen, including round trip, test load, and speed
3. Place the sample on the test station and adjust the position of the friction hammer
4. Add weight as needed to adjust the load
5. Start testing and monitor the testing process
6. After the test is completed, record and analyze the test results
Notice
• Please ensure that the power supply is AC220V 50/60Hz before use
• Check whether the friction hammer and weight are firmly installed before the test
• When setting parameters, do not exceed the equipment specification range
• Avoid touching moving parts during testing
• Regularly clean equipment surfaces and test areas
• If you don't use it for a long time, please disconnect the power supply.
