Principle

The wet-film thickness gauge is a plate made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material with a series of teeth arranged around its edge. The reference teeth at the corners of the plate form a Baseline, and a progressive series of gaps are formed between the inner teeth arranged along the Baseline and the reference teeth. Each inner tooth is marked with a given gap depth value. When using, place the measurement head lightly on the wet Coating surface, ensuring that the Coating is in full contact with the scale line side of the measurement head, and then read the scale line position on the dial in contact with the Coating to obtain the film thickness value of the wet Coating.
