Overview
Micro Coil Dual Function Film Applicator (lame plating + scratch coating) is a China Coil Substrate Spreader Testing Equipment, model TBJ-JCPT-DJ1. The equipment is dedicated to automated lame plating and scratch coating of coils, which can evenly cover the liquid or gluing agent on the surface of the coil for efficient coating treatment.

Principle
The device unwinds the coils from the unwinding unit and transfers them to the Spreader area through a coil transfer system. The lame plating or scraping system evenly applies the Spreader liquid or gluing agent. The control system adjusts the transfer speed and Spreader parameters (such as Film thickness, speed, width) to achieve accurate coverage. The curing unit heats the curing coating through a 1-meter drying tunnel, and finally the winding unit completes the winding, and the whole process is automatically controlled.

Steps
1. Set control panel parameters: including Spreader Film thickness, lame plating speed, Spreader width, etc.
2. Install the coil: Place the coil on the inflatable shaft of the unwinding unit to ensure the automatic control of the tension controller.
3. Adjust the lame plating height: set the range of 0-200mm according to requirements.
4. Start the device: Turn on the transmission and Spreader system to monitor the Spreader process.
5. Curing treatment: The coil is heated and cured through the drying tunnel.
6. Winding complete: automatically winding to the inflatable shaft, check the coating mass.
Notice
• Power supply voltage is 220V 50Hz before operation to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Spreader parameter settings need to be adjusted according to specific production needs to prevent uneven coatings.
• Pay attention to coil tension control when the equipment is running to avoid coil deviation or breakage.
• Regularly check the feeder and Spreader systems to keep them clean to prevent clogging.
