TBJ-B4-DJ7 Floor Type Automatic film applicator with automatic feeding system is a metering rod & doctor blade heating Film Applicator, effective Spreader area 600mm * 800mm, standard 3L volume barrel, heating temperature up to 180 ℃. Commonly used in laboratory film, suitable for Moulding in Coating, inks, polymer materials, films, glues, Pressure sensitive adhesives and other industries.

Principle
The device adopts the metering rod & doctor blade Spreader mode to adjust the Spreader Film thickness by lifting and lowering the scraper. The feeding system adopts the principle of outflow of air source pressure, and realizes automatic feeding by reciprocating linear motion. The amount of material can be adjusted by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port.

• The feeding system needs to be connected to a 0.6Mpa air source, using a φ 8 trachea
• The maximum pressure of the feeding drum is 8Mpa.
• Device power supply is 220V 50Hz
• Spreader is made of aluminum alloy
• Optional accessories such as liquid leakage tank and substrate fixing fixture can improve the use effect
