Overview
TBJ-X4-DJ5 Automatic Film Applicator is a China small Lab Film Applicator, which adopts imported accessories and is inexpensive. It is widely used in R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions of multinational enterprises. The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating by controlling speed and stable pressure. It has UV ultraviolet curing function and is typically used in mobile phone film preparation and calendering copper foil film. Heating Temperature range is RT +~ 180 ℃, using Mayer Rods Moulding.

Principle
By controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying steady pressure, Mayer Rods is used to homogenize the Spreader material on the substrate. The device is equipped with a vacuum adsorption system to fix the substrate, the heating system provides RT +~ 180 ℃ Temperature range, and the UV ultraviolet curing system performs light curing in the wavelength range of 350~ 450nm to ensure film mass.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the vacuum adsorption table
2. Spreader Film thickness and rate according to experimental requirements
3. Adjust the heating temperature to the desired range
4. Start the Spreader process, Mayer Rods uniform Spreader
5. For curing, start the UV system
6. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader

• Heating temperature accuracy is +/- 3 ℃, pay attention to temperature control
