Overview
The FS-2000 Digital Disperser is a laboratory and industrial equipment with a processing capacity of up to 50L and a motor power of 2000W. It has a 15cm to 57cm lift stroke range, a silent design, and 304 stainless steel for the Stir shaft and dispersion disc. It has corrosion resistance and durability, providing reliable and efficient sample Stir and dispersion solutions.
Features
1. Equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation function, the stirring speed can be adjusted to meet different sample types and process requirements to ensure precise control of Stirring effect.
2. Servo brushless motor with high efficiency, reliability, low noise characteristics, providing stable Stir power and long service life.
3. Using 304 stainless steel dispersion plate, it is resistant to corrosion, high temperature, and easy to clean and maintain.
4. The dispersion plate can be disassembled and replaced, making it easy to select the appropriate dispersion plate according to the experimental or process requirements to achieve different sample Stir and dispersion requirements.
Principle
Stir shaft and dispersion plate swirl/spin are driven by servo brushless motor, and the rotation speed is adjusted by frequency conversion function to realize the Stir and dispersion of the sample; the hand lifting mechanism adjusts the height of the dispersion plate in the range of 15cm~ 57cm to adapt to different containers and processing needs.
Applications
Laboratory, industrial field
Steps
1. Power supply voltage 220V.
2. Use a hand lift to adjust the dispersion plate to the desired height (15-57cm).
3. Set the speed range to 0-2000rpm through the digital display controller.
4. Start the device for sample Stirring or dispersion.
5. Turn off the power after completion and clean the dispersion plate.
Notice
• Power supply voltage matching 220V.
• Pay attention to the lifting stroke range during operation to avoid exceeding the limit.
• Regularly clean and maintain 304 stainless steel dispersion discs to maintain corrosion resistance.
• Make sure the equipment is powered off when replacing the dispersion disc.
• Follow safety operating procedures to prevent accidents.
