Overview
The FS-1200 digital display Disperser is equipped with a barrel fixture to fix the sample container, and a 60mm 304 stainless steel dispersion plate is used to ensure a stable Stir effect. The processing capacity is up to 25 liters, and the lifting stroke can be flexibly adjusted from 11-42cm. The digital display function intuitively displays the speed and time, and is easy to operate. Widely used in chemical research, biotechnology, food industry, cosmetic manufacturing, material science and other fields.
Features
1. Suitable for Stir up to 25 liters of sample volume, suitable for medium-scale experimental applications.
2. Lifting stroke 42 cm, Stirrer height can be adjusted to adapt to different containers.
3. Using 304 stainless steel dispersion plate, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, easy to clean and maintain.
4. Equipped with a bucket fixture to fix the sample container to ensure the stability and safety of the Stir.
Principle
Stir and disperse samples with the FS-1200 digital display Disperser motor-driven dispersion disc at high speed swirl/spin. The digital display function monitors and displays speed and time parameters, and the lifting mechanism allows to adjust the dispersion disc position to suit different vessel heights to ensure uniform mixing.
Applications
Chemical research, biotechnology, food industry, cosmetics manufacturing, materials science
Steps
1. Secure the sample container with a barrel clamp.
2. Adjust the lifting stroke to the range of 11-42cm according to the height of the container.
3. Set the stirring speed and time through the digital display panel.
4. Start the Disperser to perform the Stir operation.
5. Clean the dispersion plate and fixture after completion.
Notice
• Ensure that the sample container is securely secured by the barrel clamp to prevent shaking.
• Avoid exceeding the range of 11-42cm when adjusting the lifting stroke.
• Clean the 304 stainless steel dispersion plate in time after use to maintain corrosion resistance.
• Check whether the motor power and speed range meet the sample requirements before operation.
