Principle

The QNB ISO outflow viscosity cup determines the viscosity of a liquid by measuring the time it takes for a Newtonian or near-Newtonian liquid to flow out of the cup. The liquid flows out of the outflow nozzle with a fixed aperture under standard conditions, and the outflow time is recorded to obtain the viscosity value according to the standard conversion relationship.

1. Prepare the liquid sample to be tested 2. Place the ISO flow cup on the water platform surface 3. Pour the liquid into the cup to the full scale 4. Quickly remove your finger or baffle and start the Timer at the same time. 5. Record the time from the beginning of the liquid outflow to the first interruption of the streamer 6. Average repeability measurement 7. Check the table or calculate the viscosity value according to the outflow time
