Overview
This equipment is a BLD-CJ20D type helmet Impact puncture tester, which is used to detect the impact resistance and puncture resistance performance of helmets. Degree of automation and easy operation, the equipment is widely used in helmet manufacturers, major Quality control units and construction engineering testing stations.
Features
1. The instrument realizes microcomputer automatic control, using a special processing system to automatically carry out dynamic signal acquisition, data processing and output, with printing function, automatic recording and locking Impact force peak
2. High Accuracy Dynamic Force Sensor Imported from Germany, Range 20KN
3. Adopt non-leakage magnetic adsorption structure, drop weight, puncture cone automatically locate the center position of the helmet
4. Test head molds are cast with special molds No. 1 and No. 2 and metal head molds, which meet the standards and can be repaired after impact
5. The whole machine adopts European standard Aluminum profile frame structure, Stability is strong; Electrical circuit built-in, beautiful structure
6. Impact height 1000mm +/- 5mm, vertical spiral handle to adjust the height, easy to adjust, intuitive measurement
7. Free replacement of drop hammer and puncture hammer, simple operation
8. Newly designed metal protective net and installation link fixing method around to improve test safety
9. A horizontal test device is installed at the bottom to ensure that the test is in a horizontal state
10. Adopt the free fall form Impact method to simulate the actual use site to ensure the accuracy of the test
Principle
Impact test is carried out in the form of free fall, and dynamic signal acquisition, data processing and output are carried out by microcomputer automatic control system. The non-leakage magnetic adsorption structure is used to automatically locate the center position of the helmet with the drop weight and the puncture cone. Impact force is measured by High Accuracy Dynamic Force Sensor, and Impact force peak is automatically recorded and locked.
Applications
Safety helmet manufacturers, Quality control units, Construction Engineering Testing Station
Standards
GB/T 2812-2006 "Safety helmet test method" standard appendix A
Steps
1. Place the equipment in a horizontal position and ensure the horizontal state through the bottom horizontal test device
2. Select the test mode (Impact or Puncture) and install the corresponding drop or puncture hammer
3. Place the helmet on the dedicated head mold
4. Adjust Impact Height to 1000mm +/- 5mm via Vertical Spiral Handle
5. Start the microcomputer control system and the equipment is automatically tested
6. The system automatically collects data, processes and outputs results
7. Test data can be recorded through the printing function
Notice
Make sure the equipment is level before testing
• Pay attention to the integrity of the protective net during operation to ensure safety
• Regularly check sensor accuracy and instrument Stability
• Height adjustment in strict accordance with standard requirements
• Do not approach the equipment protection area during the test
• The head mold should be repaired in time after damage
• Power supply uses AC220V, 50Hz standard power supply
