Overview
The BLD-608B fully automatic bursting strength tester is a factory direct sales product, mainly used to test the failure strength value of cartons, Cardboard and other materials. The device uses digital display pressure, automatically retains the maximum bursting strength value when the sample is damaged, and can print the test results trendwise. It is widely used for quality monitoring of Encasement materials such as general paper, corrugated paper, leather, cloth and Encasement film.

Principle
The testing machine applies pressure through the hydraulic system, the oil feeding speed is 170 +/- 15ml/min, and the mixed hydraulic oil of 85% glycerol and 15% distillation water is used. The test system has good sealing performance, the pressure drop is less than 10% Pmax within 1 minute, and the maximum rupture strength value is automatically recorded when the sample is damaged, and the results are displayed and printed digitally.

Steps
1. Prepare the specimen and place it in the clamping ring
2. Adjust the sample holding force to greater than 690 kPa
3. Start the equipment, and the hydraulic system will send oil at a speed of 170 +/- 15ml/min
4. Observe the digital display, and automatically record the maximum strength value when the sample is damaged
5. Print test results including MIN Minimum, MAX Maximum, Average and Time
Notice
• The device needs to be connected to AC220V +/- 10%, 50Hz power supply, power 120W
• Air source requires customer's own Air Compressor, minimum pressure 6kg/cm ²
• The test system needs to ensure sealing and regularly check the pressure drop
• Use the specified hydraulic oil: a mixture of 85% glycerin and 15% distillation water
