Overview
A smoothness meter is an instrument used for the measurement of surface smoothness, usually used to evaluate the smoothness and smoothness of the surface of a material. In quality control, R & D and production processes, it provides effective solutions to ensure the smoothness of the surface of the material.
Features
1. High Accuracy Surface Smoothness Measurement to Help Users Accurately Assess and Control Material Surface Mass
2. Suitable for different types of materials such as metal, plastic, Pottery and porcelain
3. Provide an intuitive digital or graphical display to facilitate users' understanding of surface smoothness
4. With efficient measurement function, can complete measurement in a short time, improve production efficiency
5. The design is simple, easy to use, and can be easily operated by non-professionals
6. Reliability and Stability to ensure accuracy and conformity of measurement results
Principle
Smoothness meters evaluate the smoothness and smoothness of a material by measuring its surface smoothness, using specific test area and pressure parameters for accurate measurement.
Applications
Manufacturing, electronics, materials research
Standards
GB/T 456、JJG62、ISO 5627
Steps
1. Power on (AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or AC110V +/- 10% 60Hz custom)
2. Set measurement parameters through 5-inch color touch screen
3. Place the material to be tested in the test area (test area 10 +/- 0.05cm ²)
4. Apply 100 +/- 2kPa pressure for measurement
5. View the measurement results (Measurement range 1-99999s, divided into three gears)
6. Use thermal printer to output measurement results
Notice
• The working environment temperature should be kept within the range of 10~ 35 ° C
• The relative humidity of the working environment should not exceed 85%
• Power supply voltage compliance (AC220V +/- 10% 50Hz or custom AC110V +/- 10% 60Hz)
• Confirm that the test area and pressure parameters are set correctly before measurement
• Regularly check the timing accuracy of the instrument (timing error ≤ 1s/1000s)
