Overview
This product is a factory direct MIT paper folding resistance instrument, model BLD-NZ12, suitable for measuring the folding fatigue strength of paper, Cardboard and Miscellaneous sheet materials with film thickness below 1mm. It is a test equipment for industries and departments such as papermaking, Encasement, scientific research and product mass supervision and inspection.
Features
1. Measurement range, from 1 times to 6 × 10 times; 2. Log folding resistance range 0~ 4.78; 3. Spring tension adjustable, range 4.9~ 14.7N; 4. Accurate folding angle, left and right 135 ° +/- 2 °; 5. Stable folding speed, 175 +/- 10cpm; 6. Folding mouth seam distance optional, standard 0.50mm and 0.75mm, special order optional 0.25mm and 1.00mm; 7. Good power adaptability, support AC220V, 50Hz.
Principle
The instrument repeatedly folds the sample at a fixed folding angle and speed by applying spring tension to measure its folding fatigue strength.
Applications
Papermaking, Encasement, Scientific Research, Product mass supervision and inspection
Standards
ISO5626、GB/T2679.5
Steps
1. Prepare the sample to ensure that the Film thickness is below 1mm; 2. Set the spring tension in the range of 4.9~ 14.7N; 3. Select the gap distance between the folding opening (standard 0.50mm or 0.75mm, or special order 0.25mm or 1.00mm); 4. Start the instrument and perform the folding test at a speed of 175 +/- 10cpm; 5. Record the number of folds and logarithms until the sample is damaged.
Notice
• Ensure that the sample Film thickness does not exceed 1mm; • Check whether the Power supply voltage is AC220V, 50Hz before use; • The folding angle needs to be controlled at 135 ° +/- 2 ° on the left and right; • Regularly calibrate the spring tension and folding speed; • Special seam distance needs to be ordered in advance; • Pay attention to safety during operation to avoid pinching.
