Overview
The single-wing drop tester (model BLD-613D) is a factory-sold single-arm drop tester designed to test product Encasement for damage in the event of a fall and to evaluate its impact resistance during transportation.
Features
1. Encasement parts of the face, corner, edge of the free dropping test.
Equipped with a digital height display and decoder for height tracking, accurate drop height is given, and the error from the preset height does not exceed 2% or 10mm.
3. Adopt single-arm double-column structure, with electric reset, electronically controlled drop and electric lifting device, easy to operate.
4. With a buffer device, it significantly enhances the service life, stability, and safety of the machine.
5. Single-arm setting is convenient for placing products.
Principle
This machine lifts the product to a preset height through an electric lifting device, and then makes it fall freely through an electronically controlled drop system. Impact baseplate to simulate the drop during transportation to evaluate the impact performance of Encasement.
Applications
Encasement testing, transport handling assessment
Standards
ISO2248、JISZ0202-87、GB/T4857.5-92
Steps
1. Place the specimen on a single-arm device.
2. Use the electric lifting device to adjust to the preset drop height.
3. Pass the electronically controlled drop system start-up drop test.
4. After the test, use an electric reset device to restore the initial state.
Notice
• Ensure that the power supply is AC380V, 50HZ, and the power does not exceed 1.85KWA.
• The maximum weight of the specimen shall not exceed 60kg, and the maximum size shall not exceed 800 x 800 x 1000mm.
• The drop height range is 300~ 1500mm, and the error is controlled within +/- 10mm.
• Be careful when operating and avoid approaching the Impact Area during a fall.
