Overview
This equipment is a factory direct sales bag oscillation Impact performance testing machine, model BLD-ZD50, mainly used to test the bag lift, suture and overall structure of the oscillation impact test. Meet the relevant requirements of the standard QB/T2922-2007.
Features
1. Operating voltage 220V, Operating temperature is room temperature, strong adaptability.
2. The height of the metal bracket is not less than 2000mm to ensure the test Stability.
3. The oscillation time is 0 to 999.9 hours, and the test speed is adjustable (0 to 40) cpm, providing flexible control.
4. Oscillation times 1~ 999999 adjustable, automatic shutdown, easy to operate.
5. The sensing method is to automatically stop the test when the sample falls, which is safe and reliable.
6. The shock-absorbing spring constant is 17.54N/mm, providing effective cushioning.
7. The recording device has automatic recording and memory functions for easy data management.
8. The impact height can be adjusted from 0 to 150mm, and the impact device can be moved up and down to meet different testing requirements.
Principle
The testing machine simulates the force of the bag under the impact of oscillation by moving the impact device up and down, and tests the impact performance of the handle, suture and overall structure. The equipment has automatic recording and sensing functions, and automatically stops the test when the sample falls to ensure the safety and reliability of the test process.
Applications
Luggage test
Steps
1. Set the oscillation time, test speed, oscillation times and other parameters.
2. Adjust the Impact Height to the required range.
3. Start the equipment for Oscillation Impact Test.
4. The equipment automatically records data and stops the test when the sample is dropped.
Notice
• Ensure that the operating voltage is 220V to avoid voltage mismatch.
• Check that the height of the metal bracket is not less than 2000mm before the test to ensure Stability.
• When setting oscillation parameters, be careful not to exceed the maximum range of the device.
• When the sample falls, the equipment automatically stops and needs to be dealt with in time.
• Maintain shock absorber springs and recording devices regularly to ensure proper function.
