Principle
Driven by a pneumatic cylinder, the tester simulates the actual use scenario of the luggage tie rod. Within the adjustable test stroke, the tie rod is continuously pulled out and pressed at the set tensile and compression speeds. Through the process of sexual repeability, the fatigue performance of the tie rod is detected and the defects such as gap, looseness, failure or deformation of the connecting rod are evaluated.

Steps
1. Fix the bag on the adjustable fixed clip seat.
2. Adjust the test stroke and tensile and compression speeds to the required parameters.
3. Set the number of tests within the range of 1 to 999999.
4. Start the equipment, and the pneumatic cylinder starts to drive the tie rod for reciprocating pull-out and pressing operation.
5. The equipment automatically shuts down after reaching the set number of tests.
6. Check the tie rod for defects such as clearance, loosening, connecting rod failure or deformation.
Notice
• Ensure that the operating pressure is within the range of 5~ 8Kg/cm ² to avoid overpressure operation.
• When adjusting the test stroke and speed, follow the equipment operating specifications.
• When fixing the bag, make sure that the clip seat is adjusted properly to prevent loosening during the test.
