Overview
BLD-103 is a factory direct sales of the sole torsion resistance performance testing equipment. Principle
The sole strip test piece is mounted on the ROSS tortuous testing machine, so that the incision falls directly above the center of the rotating shaft, and the test piece is freely bent at 90 degrees on the shaft by the machine. After a certain number of tests, the measurement of the length of the incision of the test piece is carried out. The tortuous performance of the test sole is evaluated by calculating the growth rate of the incision.

Steps
1. Install the sole strip test piece on the ROSS zigzag tester
2. Make sure the incision falls directly above the center of the shaft
3. Set test parameters (folding speed can be selected at 60rpm or 100rpm)
4. Start the device for tortuous testing
5. Stop testing after reaching the preset number of tests
6. measurement of the length of the test piece incision
7. Calculate the notch growth rate to evaluate the tortuous performance of the sole
